I've been dressing up and baking to distract myself from a rubbish driving lesson!

Bit of wandering on "The Ladies' Mile"

Dress - vintage nightgown from Ebay, dyed blue with lace collar added by me

Ruby's had a trim, Monty's been digging, old bracelet from my Nana's jewellery box and Blackthorn blossom

I met a long lost friend Jess in London on Monday. She's another spooky twin, we hadn't seen each other in many years but I was so happy in her company - bitch lives in Cardiff though, too far to see her often as I'd like
. (artist's impression)
We had an amazing time, again with loads of chatting and very few photos. I did get to visit D R Harris, the fabulous chemist in St James'

I came back with
I'm going to put some of the lavender water in Mr Plant Mister and spritz by bed clothes. OK, I didn't come back with the thing in a jar or the elephant's arse, sadly, but we had a trip to the Japan Centre and I picked up the pie in Fortnum and Mason (sorry for the meat feast Vix!)
Matching my milkshake

Partially re-creating my London outfit and eating some homemade sponge

You have been busy! No wonder it's taken you so long to post.
Where DO I start?
Those gold leggings are mental and you look particularly fabularse lounging on the table with that come hither look.
Love the slutty slip on Ladies' Mile and Ruby's new hair do.
The chair is a masterpiece and you look as cute as anything tucking into your cake and milkshake.
I'll let you off the gratuitous meat fest in return for showing us that elephant's arse and the cat cake. I love the chemist's shop, there's one similar Krista and I fell in love with in Ambleside.
Jess looks like the bastard love child of Em and Sarah.
Phew! I need a lie-down now! xxxx

Love the gold leggings, reminded me I have a pair dwelling in a drawer somewhere, I should brave them out!
Looks like you've been having a good time and making the most of the fantastic weather - love your spring looks and the clothes you modify, you're so creative, it's a delight to see!

Woah, there's soooo much to love here. Your nightie for a start. Love it. You look fabulous on the walk and with the chair. Love the flowery skirt. Yes, umm, the elephant's arse..mmmm...nice. xx

Oh but I'm proud of you, but I'm proud of you!
So much to enjoy, from the gold (GOLD!) leggings, the matching plant mister, and the sexy lounging, to the frolicking on the Ladies Mile in your nightie, and meeting up with old pals in London. Not sure where the elephant's arse fits in... Being huge, it probably doesn't fit in anywhere.
Ruby's hair cut is gorgeous, and one should always match one's outfit to one's milkshake. Lady Fanny, Etiquette Queen, says it is The Law.
Sugar my lilac, the chair looks divine, and so do you, in that beautiful skirt and petticoat, tucking into your pud!
You're a STAR! xxxxx

Love the nightie/dress, the chemist place looks amazing, and I want to steal your milkshake and drink it.

Aha Spooky Twin, you look damned edible and your Ruby is so bloody cute. My Ruby...look now, spooky again our dogs have the same name..is not so cute. She's a mental flower eater. Lavender water in the plant mister is inspired and slightly barking mad.
An elephant's arse...excellent.
Love ya more then all the jelly beans I bought in WH Smiths and ate all to myself.

Oh my you have been up to a lot. I want to walk down The Ladies Lane with you! I'm in love with your soft blue slip you look like a summer angel. Ruby and Monty are such peetee dogs, a bit scruffy and I think they are so so so cute!!!!!!
I have only had one reconnection my entire life. Is that odd? I tend to keep people in my life even the few that drive me a bit batty :) I love your impression of Jess and I would have loved to have been to the Chemist! I'm glad you left the elephant ass behind, like you have room for that at your place:)
Now I have a hankering for a shake, good thing it's pizza and beer night:)
Stay beautiful and sassy, just like I love ya!

Sugared lilac is a great colour, and as for gold leggings, you make all the rules don't you? If I had some hidden in the wardrobe, I would be bringing them out NOW!

I love the look of that old pharmacy and the products you bought, bet they smell delicious. Rose, geranium, lavender, glorious.

Ruby's hair do is marvellous. She is one cool chica.

Now then, if you go wandering down the Ladies Mile looking like that, you might pick up more than you bargained for young lady. xxxxx

I don't know why you say apparently clearly that chair and bloody marvelous it looks too, as do you with your golden legs.

I'm MEGA into that divvon, flirty slip with the splendid lace collar addition...and the gold leggings are to DIE for! I love gold, I have a pair of gloves that are made of that same sort of lame.
You are glorious, appreciate your partial recreation of your London outfit paired with your "let them eat sponge" expression!!!
Hmmm, elephant bum. Looks a bit like a pic of Iggy I was just admiring. Go, you old fuck, GO!
How very DARE you be far too busy to consort with the likes of us?!
Fabularse minx.

I love that you wear nighties as dresses. If I do that, well, I look like I'm wearing a nightie. Wish we had stores like D R Harris here, just boring old CVS and Walgreens.

Hmmm the milk-shake looks so yummy.
The colour of the chair is so lovely and the name...sugared lilac....just yummy.

I love your gold leggings. You have a cat tattoo? I've never noticed that. I like it. The floral skirt is so pretty. Dressing up and baking are what I do to distract myself too. I've been making cakes like crazy lately to distract myself from how depressing job hunting is.

It looks like you've been having a great time. That outfit with the floral skirt is so beautiful, and I really need to visit that chemist. I love your hounds, they are so cute. Xx

Those gold leggings are fabulous and just what I need in under 24 hours to wear tomorrow night to be honest. If only *sigh*. I love, love your blue dyed night dress with lace collar, what a wonderful touch. Such sweetness.

The photo of you in your pretty nightgown dress and lilac chair is just lovely! I'm sorry you had a crappy driving lesson (most of my driving lessons were crappy). Did the sloth video help?

YOu should wear a flowered headband all the time!

I get this high groove vibe in your first outfit and then you shift into gorgeous romantic '20s garden party in your upcycled nightgown. What a brilliant transformation. And the last look, I love that yellow petticoat with everything. I would love to go shopping with you!

Of course you can totally pull off gold leggings! I remember that Comic Strip film and Rik Mayall's character screaming in frustration "I just want to go to Swindon!" Ha ha, class. Is that painting one of yours? It's very good, there's a beautiful bitchface vibe going on. Love the pink infused milkshake pic. Yay for pastels xxxx

Sorry that I've only just seen this post!! So behind on reading my blog roll :( You look insanely amazing in the gold leggings and the haori jacket, I'm JEALOUS!! Also that Comic Strip episode is my favourite one ever, I remember us giggling hysterically at the bit where the tape gets stuck!
